At Oilon US, we recognize the importance of prompt and reliable delivery for your merchandise. Most orders are dispatched on the same business day they are placed and confirmed. For both Standard and Express (express, expedited, and next day air) shipping options, our weekday same-day shipping cut-off time is 12:30 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.
For orders placed on weekends, holidays or after cutoff times, shipment will take place on the following business day. Shipment of oversized products may take an additional business day.
A signature is required to confirm delivery. If you prefer not to provide a signature, please notify us when placing your order.

Extra Shipping Charges:
Oversized items, based on size and/or weight of the product, may have a shipping surcharge cost in addition to standard delivery and processing charges. Shipping and handling costs and shipping surcharges are non-refundable.
Customer-Provided Shipping Accounts and Factory Pickup:
If you wish to utilize your own shipping account or arrange for pickup from the Oilon US factory, please notify us at the time of placing your order. Any transportation arrangements made using your own account are your responsibility. Once the goods are picked up or handed over to your nominated carrier, Oilon US is no longer liable for the shipment, including any potential damages or delays.
For factory pickups, we will notify you when the order is ready. Please ensure the carrier arrives with appropriate equipment for transporting oversized or heavy items, if applicable.
